Welcome to Animal Lab (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Animal Lab

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. If you're under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to take part.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Choose a display name that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else — we may remove names or content that break these rules.

3. Content you create

You keep ownership of the drawings you make. By posting them you grant us a licence to store, display and share them within the Service (for example in the public Menagerie, on shared links, and in the collaborative creatures you take part in). Don't upload or draw anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.

4. Collaborative & public games

Animal Lab is a collaborative game. Sections you draw become part of a shared creature that other players and the public may see. Once a creature is completed it may appear in the public Menagerie.

5. Credits, AI and payments

“Make it real” uses AI to reimagine drawings and consumes credits. New accounts receive a starting allowance plus a free credit each week; extra credits may be purchased. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. AI output is generated automatically and provided “as is”.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service — no attempting to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to it, and no using it to harass others or to generate harmful content. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

7. Availability & changes

We may update, change or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, and we may update these Terms — we'll post the new date above when we do.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
